First Drawing Completed...

Listen up, y'all!  I ran a summer drawing to give away a Devil's Head Key Ring (below) for all those who very kindly gave me their e-mail addresses to add to my mailing list.  I consider it to have been a ripping success, but I might think about upping the ante in this pre-pre-holiday season...  There will be conditions imposed, of course (wink, wink). So maybe you gift-giving (or gift-getting) types will want to keep your eyeballs peeled for the next go-round, hmmm?

Devil's Head Key Ring, off to its new home!

I've got one word for ya: Plastics!

Yesterday was a great day for me with regard to my reclaimed cellulose acetate bracelets.  Two lovingly carved and polished bracelets were lovingly sold to two lovely ladies, for which I am very grateful indeed!  I had a chance to meet with a very precocious 10-year-old "product development expert", Ms. Samantha Simon of Philadelphia, PA who aided me in my color matching, line planning and collection naming (products to be produced in the coming months if time permits).  And as such, I got to wallow in my many, many colorful plastic samples as a gleeful dog rolls around in its own... well, product samples.  Yay all around!

An up-close of "The Brandy"

So I don't have any great pix, but some of you had wanted to see the necklace that I made (henceforth dubbed "The Brandy", for internal reference) for Brandy Burre's whirlwind of Actress stuff up-close-n-personal-like.  And since I'm in the throes of procrastination in which I'm avoiding going on a training run (ugh!), I thought now would be just the moment to post what I do have.  I welcome all comments and questions.  Poor Brandy has the dubious privilege of working out my questionable engineering on the fly...
